Return  Policy

Within seven days of receiving your goods, you can return them. Providing that it is brand-new and sealed in its original packaging. Products will be checked to see if they are functional and/or undamaged upon return. The buyer is responsible for covering the courier fee for any returned items after they have been received.

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise agreed, refunds will not be given after three days have passed since payment and the confirmation of the products.

Additionally, no refund if products were harmed in any manner due to improper delivery service selection. If you cancel after your order has been placed, 3% of the total will be taken off.

Exchange Policy

Within 5 days of receiving your goods, you can exchange them. Providing that it is brand-new and sealed in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for covering the courier fee for any returned items after they were received.

If you cancel after your order has been placed, 3% of the total will be deducted.

Bulk orders may take longer to send out, as per above mentioned. However, there will be communication mainly via email or WhatsApp.

Although certain items on the website may say they are in stock, this may not always be the case. You will be contacted mainly via email so that a refund can be processed.

When the information is obtained, this could take three working days.

Before placing your order, please double-check your selections, or contact Beaute Hub within two days of the completion date for a chance at a refund or exchange.

Once payment is received, it may take up to 3+ working days to send  goods via courier or to deliver the goods, also depends on your selection.
